бутылочка пришла целая. упакована очень качественно. пришла за 2 недели в псковскую обл. собаке понравилась. пил с поддончика для неё с удовольствием. )) пользоваться немного не привычно. просто бутылку слегка открутить от крышки и надавить на неё, иначе вода с бутылки не польется. потом так же закрутить. для прогулки самое то. конечно она на 250 мл. но думаю что не большой собаке будет хватать. я покупкой довольна. всем советую.))
