The collar worked fine for two weeks. Now it makes a loud rattling noise when vibrating whereas before the vibration could be heard but was quiet and unobtrusive. I no longer want to use it for heel training on the street because it is so loud. The difference in training has been excellent so I am disappointed that I cannot use it any more.
